The estate

A villa with a soul, not a soundstage

Faín Viejo is a historic hacienda set among fifteen hectares of gardens, its rooms furnished with original historic pieces and architectural details a set can only imitate.

Andalusian, señorial and unhurried by anything modern — the estate already looks like a scene before a single frame is composed.

For as long as a production is here, the estate closes to everyone else. No crossover with other shoots, no scheduling around a second client, no rented interiors standing in for the real thing.

Quiet, exclusive, and ready to work

Shooting at Faín Viejo means no interruptions from outside, full control of the space, and a location looked after down to the last detail. Fifteen minutes from Jerez de la Frontera’s airport and AVE station, the estate keeps its own parking for technical vehicles, with space set aside for loading, catering and crew rest.

Ten individually dressed rooms, plus a second private hacienda within the same grounds, mean part of the crew — or talent — can stay on site for the length of the shoot. Interiors and exteriors are both available, in every season of the year.
