Faín Viejo is a wedding venue that can be rented for events and weekend destination weddings. With accommodation for groups of up to 15 people, this hacienda has ten rooms/bedrooms and 16 bathrooms, for the exclusive use of the couple and their guests for the duration of the event.
Hacienda Fain Viejo has a banquet hall, a professional kitchen with capacity for 350 people, an olive mill museum, two dining rooms and a central courtyard with a fish pond, ideal for cocktail-type celebrations.
Surrounded by 15 hectares of gardens with lakes, peacocks, geese and pheasants, Fain Viejo also has a splendid swimming pool where you can cool off before or after your wedding – a luxury villa with endless options for celebrating events and weddings!

Set in a splendid estate with 15 hectares of gardens that invite you to relax and stroll through its olive, orange, lemon, fig, pomegranate and palm trees, the Hacienda has 10 bedrooms and 16 bathrooms, 5 spacious living rooms, two dining rooms, a library and a central courtyard where you can enjoy dinner or lunch outdoors. All the comfort you need to relax and enjoy the surroundings and group holidays.

This property can be rented all year round, for a minimum of 2 days. All kinds of business events, conventions, presentations and even small congresses can be organized here.

The hacienda has 10 luxurious en-suite guest rooms, making it the perfect place for corporate retreats. Some of the rooms have very original enclaves such as the oil mill or the old watchtower and are decorated with works of art and antiques that give the Hacienda an identity of its own.

An ideal space with a lot of personality that offers the possibility of expanding its capacity, joining the adjoining building baptized with the name of Molino Santa Ana.

Faín Viejo has one of the most important facades of Andalusian rural architecture.

Its origins date back to the time of the Arab domination. In fact, its name “Faín” derives from “aín”, an Arabic word meaning “fountain”, “water”. Numerous legends have their origin in this magical Hacienda.

It was built in the 12th century as an Arab fortress, which later became a mill and a prison in Napoleon’s time. A place of audio-visual production in which the Hispano-Arabic influences of its history can still be felt.
